| Violet Fire's world premiere took place on July 9, 2006, the 150th anniversary of Nikola Tesla's birth, in Belgrade. The National Theater of Belgrade co-produced Violet Fire with the BELEF Arts Festival in association with the Tesla Museum, in a production combining the work of American and Serbian artists.
